Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days after processing.

Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, some shipments may experience delays due to carrier issues, holidays, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will assist if any issue arises.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with all packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@leashyshop.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Some pet products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used pet care items (like grooming tools or supplements)

  • Perishable items (like treats, food, or chews)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original item and, once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
